Founded in 1981, Elm Terrace Gardens is a retirement community offering independent living, assisted living, rehabilitation, skilled nursing and memory care. Seniors at Elm Terrace Gardens can select from various studio, one- or two-bedroom floor plans with full bathrooms and kitchenettes. Personal care staff assist residents with walking, getting out of bed, taking medications and other daily chores. In the health care pavilion, skilled nurses are available to care for those recovering from an illness, injury or medical condition.
