Welcome to ElderHealth & Living! ElderHealth & Living has been in business since 2006. We are a locally owned and operated business, specializing in the care of persons with memory loss diseases (dementia). The owners are Liz von Wellsheim, GNP, Medical Director, CEO and Nancy Koll, LPN, Administrator, CFO.
EHL’s unique campus design is made up of nine homes that each accommodate 10 or 11 residents. Our small Memory Care Homes, which are endorsed by the State of Oregon, allow our staff to develop relationships with each resident, learn their daily routines, and understand their needs through their progression of memory loss. By seeing each person as an individual, we use their strengths and interests to provide the best care possible. We provide round the clock care to assist with mobility, eating, bathing, toileting and medication management.
