Edgewood Aspen Wind is an assisted living and memory care facility, offering long- and short-term care with skilled nurses on duty 24/7. Supportive therapies are included in the CaringEdge program, and there are 55+ and independent living options. Highly trained staff assist with blood pressure monitoring, medication management, grooming, dressing, bathing, exercises and cognitive training tasks using the Life Stations. The separate memory care area is secure with a gated courtyard and provides a choice of open-plan studio or one-bedroom units. The assisted living section also has studio or one-bedroom units which are designed to be more independent, as do the other residential areas. All residents have emergency pendant systems. Transportation services, housekeeping, laundry, and three daily meals with snacks are included. There are regular outings and activities including games, reading, baking, worship services and movies, with an on-site gym and salon available.
