Eddy Village Green at Cohoes is a skilled nursing facility located in the city Cohoes, just northeast of the state capital of New York, Albany. The community is an affiliate of St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Associates, with three hospitals within a 10-mile radius, including the Main Campus of Samaritan Hospital and Albany Memorial Hospital.
Offering a new approach to traditional skilled nursing care, Eddy Village Green at Cohoes features 16 large, ranch-style homes housing 12 residents each. The facility offers both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. In addition to 24-hour medical care and a wide range of medical services ranging from medication management to mental wellness care, the facility also offers rehabilitation care, including motion exercises, balance training and body mechanics. Memory care, hospice and respite services are also available.
