Crowley County Nursing Center is a full service, thirty-five bed extended care facility nestled on the rolling plains of Southeastern Colorado, in the small town of Ordway, about 50 miles east of Pueblo. We are an independent, non-profit healthcare facility managed by a community board of directors who are actively involved with the overall well-being of our residents.
