Crossroads of Pewaukee provides short and long-term skilled nursing care and rehabilitation services, as well as short-term respite care. It is staffed by certified nurses who are specifically trained in IV Therapy, and diabetic and wound care; on-site dialysis is available to seniors with advanced kidney disease.
