Creekside Terrace features spacious senior apartments available in studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Each unit includes modern amenities like a kitchenette, basic cable TV, and individual thermostat control. Select floor plans feature a patio or balcony, providing residents with their own private outdoor space. Covered parking is available.

The well-maintained grounds feature a patio area, garden, and walking paths. Indoor common spaces are designed to foster engagement and include a resident kitchen, theater, fitness center, fireplace, and private dining room. A well-stocked library is available for book clubs or solo readers, and residents enjoy the convenience of an on-site barber shop and beauty salon, as well as a large screen TV lounge.
