Country Friends Assisted Living is a 20 bed facility set in beautiful Rural Gratiot County Michigan. We are located 1 1/2 miles West of Warner road on Buchanan road in Sumner. The rooms in the facility are all private and come furnished with a bed, dresser, mirror, clock, and chair. If you would like to bring any of your own furniture or decorations, you are welcome to do so. Residents at our facility are assisted with all daily needs including personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, assistance with incontinence products, medication management, ambulation, food service, emotional support and much more. At Country Friends Assisted Living our menu includes a wide variety of delicious meals that are always changing with suggestions from the Residents and Staff. The facility has a sprinkler system, includes an emergency backup generator and alarms on all doors for any Residents who may wander.

We offer exercise classes twice a week, plays bingo, cards, crafts, nail painting, reading, and any other activity the residents would like to have. We offer musical entertainment on a regular basis as well as a monthly service held by our visiting Pastor. …. SHOW MORE
