If you walk independently, use a mobility device, wheelchair bound, or bed bound, we are trained to take care of your needs. At Continued Stay, we ensure a smooth transition between various levels of care so that you can continue to stay at our residential care home rather than move to another facility. If you do not need skilled nursing care, you do not need to be in a nursing home. We provide all levels of personal care, from supervision to maximum assistance.

We provide you with room and board, three meals daily, housekeeping, laundry, arranged transportation, assistance with doctor’s appointment, and your specific level of care.
