Concordia at Cabot is a continuing care retirement community located 25 miles to the north of Pittsburgh, PA. The large facility, a faith-based organization and headquarters of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, sits just off Route 356 in a relatively quiet area. There’s aphysician practice on-site and the community is only 10 miles from Butler Memorial Hospital.
