Welcome to Colonial Nursing & Rehabilitation where we want our residents to feel at home. Colonial Nursing and Rehabilitation originally opened in 1986 as a 60 bed facility. In 1996, Colonial added another 13,000 sq. ft. to include 30 new beds, a new dining room and rehab facility.
We offer Rapid Recovery Rehabilitation for those needing skilled nursing and rehabilitation before returning home and Long-term care for those that need a permanent home.We offer a variety of amenities to make our residents feel comfortable and to give them peace of mind. Whether you or a loved one is working with one of our highly skilled therapists, enjoying a delicious meal in our spacious dining room, or quietly enjoying the birds in the aviary, we want you to feel at home.
Residents of Colonial Nursing & Rehabilitation will feel at ease dining in our large and pleasant dining room, which features three meals daily as well as snacks and nutrition services. Additionally, we offer round-the-clock personal care, so you or your loved one will feel safe and sound in our familiar atmosphere.
