Whether for a short rehabilitation in our new Skilled Nursing Facility, or if you are calling us “home” for a long term stay, we are committed to personalized quality care for our residents and their families. We offer specialized programming for residents with early to late-stage dementia as well as supportive care during the end-of-life journey. Our small neighborhoods allow us to provide activities and care through a “person centered” approach. We take great pride in providing quality and compassionate care in a home-like setting within a Christian environment.
