Century Oaks of Melbourne, Florida features beautiful one- and two-bedroom independent and assisted living apartments within a 24-hour safe and securely monitored courtyard building that features a heated swimming pool in the center. Our amenities are extensive and included in our rental prices: three delicious sit-down meals per day in our beautiful restaurant, all utilities (except phone), scheduled transportation, cable TV, laundry and weekly housekeeping and flat laundry service. In addition, pets are welcome! We also have very secure memory care apartments located in our “Bayberry House” for our residents with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
