To qualify, head of household must be 62 years of age or older or in need of the features of an accessible unit. Applicants applying for accessible units must provide certain required documentation. B’nai B’rith II has 83 and B’nai B’rith III has 88 one-bedroom apartments designated as a HUD 202/PRAC. To qualify, head of household must be 62 years of age or older and meet certain income restrictions.
