Our neighborhood design is an important element of our service philosophy. With just 14 apartments, each neighborhood is large enough to have a community feel but not so large it feels overwhelming. The open design feels spacious but offers residents the reassurance of seeing others are around if help is needed. Each neighborhood also features an enclosed courtyard so residents may continue to enjoy the outdoors.
