Azalea Manor is an Assisted Living Facility (A.L.F.) licensed by the State of Florida to provide 24 hour supervision and assistance with personal care. Our homelike environment provides comfort, along with security, and our carefully selected staff are dedicated to providing loving care.

Our adult daycare program provides daytime supervision and assistance as well as meals and planned activities. We also offer respite care, which allows for overnight supervision and assistance on a temporary basis.

Azalea Manor provides a wide range of activities for its residents and daycare participants including indoor/outdoor activities, exercise, Alzheimer specific activities, monthly special events, arts & crafts, music therapy, community outings, cookouts and devotions.

Residents also enjoy features including daily house keeping and laundry, fenced grounds for security and privacy, a beauty and barber shop, social and leisure programs, a monthly newsletter, 24 hour assistance, personal care assistance and much more!
