Residents, who are called ���neighbors,” live in private studios and deluxe one-bedroom apartments with bathrooms, step-in showers and adjustable thermostats. Rooms can be either furnished or unfurnished, and seniors can live with their own possessions. Card games, movies and music programs are regularly planned. Meals and most housekeeping are provided.
