We recognize that each resident’s health issues and needs may change over time. We make assessments, determine the appropriate level of care, and discuss with the residents, their family, and their physicians our recommendations for changes in care level before they are enacted.

Memory Care – offers specialized and compassionate care for our residents diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, dementia or other memory impairments. At Addie Meedom House we are dedicated to a Life Engagement philosophy of senior living care that promotes the social, psychological, spiritual and physical well-being of every individual. Our intent is to allow each resident to function independently at their level of ability, while providing compassionate care in a dignified and comfortable, yet safe and secure, home-like environment.

The Life Engagement programs are developed around each person’s specific interests, abilities, past history and routine. These Engagements flow throughout each day to promote the cognitive, sensory, creative and physical skills of our residents, ensuring the best in senior living. We understand that each resident is unique, which is why a specialized service plan is designed and tailored to meet your loved one’s individual needs.
