Chesterton Manor is a skilled nursing facility providing rehabilitative care, hospice, respite care and short- and long-term care. Physical, occupational and speech therapy are offered. An initial assessment is used to create customized exercises and education to help safely and efficiently meet each resident’s rehabilitation goals.
