Welcome to Westmoreland’s Union Manor! Welcome to Westmoreland’s Union Manor, located in Portland, Oregon. Westmoreland’s was built in 1966, and is comprised of 300 studio and one-bedroom apartments. It is nestled amongst seven and one half acres of lush grounds in the charming Westmoreland neighborhood at 6404 Southeast Twenty-third Avenue. Its graciousness is enhanced by the individual balconies and the beautiful creek meandering along the grounds. Rent is very affordable and federal rent subsidies are available for those who qualify.
Westmoreland’s Union Manor, graceful architecture comprises 300 studio and one-bedroom apartments with full kitchens to seniors sixty-two years of age and older. Each apartment has air-conditioning and a private balcony overlooking the beautiful and spacious grounds. Our warm and inviting atmosphere offers comfort, security, and socialization to everyone living at Westmoreland’s Union Manor. As of January 2013 our building will be a non-smoking community. Smoking will be prohibited anywhere in the building. Applicants who are smokers will not be accepted and residents already living in the building prior to this policy will only be allowed to smoke outside in the designated smoking area. When an existing tenant who smokes moves the apartment will go to a non-smoking tenant.
