A six-bed residential elderly care facility, Mali’s Place II accommodates seniors with special care needs. They include those with memory loss, Parkinson’s, controlled diabetes, mobility challenges, colostomies and stage 1 and 2 decubitus ulcers. The 24-hour staff provides medication assistance, incontinence care and hospice services, as well as administers oxygen and catheter insertions. Offering a family atmosphere in a homelike setting, Mali’s Place II secures residents in a familiar, comfortable and caring environment. Each of the private and semiprivate rooms has cable TV, and residents are served three nutritious homemade meals and snacks each day. Activities include daily exercises, weekly barbecues, karaoke, music and pet therapies. Religious services, local transportation and optional hair and nail care treatments are also available.
