Seminole Assisted Living Financial Assistance

Florida has two waiver programs to help low-income seniors with the cost of assisted living. Older adults who are eligible for Medicaid and at risk of nursing home placement may receive financial assistance through the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care Long-Term Care Program. The Optional State Supplementation program may pay for a portion of the assisted living costs for low-income seniors ineligible for Medicaid.
