Sunol Creek Memory Care is a boutique senior living community located in Pleasanton. With two neighborhoods of just 20 residents, it offers specialized assisted living and memory care services for residents diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Locally owned and operated while also affiliated with the Frontier Management network of retirement communities, the facility provides residents with a variety of attractive amenities and administers memory care through Frontier’s renowned Spark™ Lifestyle Program, a Montessori-inspired approach that seeks to enrich the lives of residents.
