You pay a one-time entrance fee and
monthly service fee to enjoy Spring Harbor's lifestyle and life-care benefits.
Spring Harbor offers three accommodating plans:
1) THE 90 PERCENT REFUNDABLE PLAN
2) THE 50 PERCENT REFUNDABLE PLAN
3) DECLINING REFUND PLAN
The monthly service fee is assessed based on amenities programs and services
described and are intended to meet the costs of operating and managing Spring
Harbor.
Should you need assisted living or nursing care services, either short-term
or long-term, the cost of such care in the Assisted Living Center, the Alzheimer's
Care Center, and/or the Nursing Care Center is included in the monthly service
fee. This benefit alone could save thousands of dollars in long-term health
care costs.

Spring Cove Assisted Living Services
Levels of Care:
Spring Cove is licensed as a Personal Care Homes. Personal Care Homes commonly referred to as "Assisted Living", provide basic support and assistance that enable the residents to participate and enjoy the lifestyle that Spring Harbor provides. Designed around the residents, the Spring Cove apartment give residents access to the amenities at Spring Harbor, as well as accommodate them with privacy and quality in a residential setting that sets a new standard for Personal Care Homes in area. Most importantly after 90 days of residency at Spring Cove, residents have access to Horizon Bay skilled nursing center if needed in future. This peace of mind is a key benefit to our residents.

Included in the monthly services are:
- Basic services from 24 hour support staff to provide assistance as defined in each level of care (See admissions counselor for details).
- 24 hour emergency call system in sutie
- Flat linen services
- Weekly housekeeping (daily in skilled nursing center)
- Basic cable service
- Individualized service/care plans
- Social servies and support
- Daily activity programs
- Three meals per day
- Therapeutic menus available
- Daily nutritious snacks
- General maintenance of apartment including repair of facility-provided appliances and heating/air conditioning units
Extra services that are also available to residents include:

- In assisted Living only, higher levels of personal care support (medication management, incontinence care, etc.) offered in two additional levels, based on personal assessment of needs and abilities

Horizon Bay Skilled Nursing Care
Spring harbor has unique environment ready for its residents whenever needed; a totally private and residential looking skilled nursing facility. While no other facilities like this exist in the Chattahoochee Valley, Horizon Bay has another added benefit: it is on-site and connected to all other levels of care. Residents know that if they need to recuperate or permanently transfer to skilled nursing care, they will have the best option in the area connected to their home and under the same management team. Skilled nursing care is provided by professionals dedicated to restoring functions and maintaining abilities. This level of care can perform the activities of daily living for the residents until the resident can resume these functions, as well as treat more severe conditions requiring professional services from nursing staff

Light House Point Special Care Services
The Lighthouse Point Special Care Neighborhoods are just a shinning light when direction and assistance are needed during a time of memory loss. Memory loss is a difficult issue, not only for the resident, but also for the family members, friends and caregivers. The Light House Point Neighborhoods provide residents faced with this challenge a home that is designed to comfort and assist them, and their loved ones. Memory loss requires care that is tailored to the individual, with patience to understand their needs and desires, and to accommodate them in a unique way.
Two separately functioning neighborhoods, North and South, offer the latest in dementia care design. From figure eight walking patterns, activity stations, and memory boxes at each apartment entrance, secured courtyards, and eat-in country kitchens. Lighthouse Point has a design that provides comfort, clam and familiarity.
Beyond the beauty of the home, the staff in this area is a critical part of the team. Staff receives on going and specialized dementia care training. Our caring staff provides residents with a service plan customized to their individual needs.
