The mission of Presbyterian Villas of Tampa is to offer
comfortable, attractive, well-cared for and reasonably priced housing for
seniors age 62 or older. We do our utmost to keep rents low and affordable by
operating as a not-for-profit community. We are managed by Presbyterian Homes
and Housing Foundation of Florida, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation, who is
one of the largest not-for-profit providers of low-income elderly housing in
Florida.

Amenities include laundry room, beauty shop, recreation room and a
community room equipped with a large screen television and lounge area, meeting
area, stationary bikes, and a library equipped with four computers designated for
resident use.
By moving in you become a member of an active Resident
Association which provides a variety of planned activities including musical
entertainment, holiday parties, exercise, sewing, puzzles, bingo, card games and
more. In addition, we provide an on-site service coordinator who arranges
speakers for educational and informative seminars to keep you informed. He is
also available by appointment to help connect you with outside services when
needed.
