We provide a full array of services to all of our residents, and offer a unique combination of room choices to fit their specific needs. Staff is on-site 24/7 to ensure all residents are properly cared for. We offer medication management, bathing assistance, help with personal hygiene, as well as personal grooming services.

Here at Oscoda Fields, we are able to cater our services to those with Dementia or Alzheimer’s. Although we are not a memory care, we are equipped to care for those with mild forms of dementia, and may be able to provide a less “Institutionalized” atmosphere. Some individuals with forms of Dementia such as Alzheimer’s may eventually need more advanced treatment in the form of a memory care, and we’ll be happy to assist with that transition, should the need ever arise.
