Haven Home prides itself on being a home, not a facility. It is located in the heart of Old Mentor on a residential tree-lined street. All services are included in our affordable rates. We have limited residency to assure quality care and personal attention. With a staff-to-resident ratio of 1 to 4 and an Activities Director on staff, we provide personal assistance with all activities of daily living.
