There are enclosed and outdoor landscaped areas for memory and Alzheimer care patients to enjoy. Dutch Haven offers personalized assessment to determine needed assistance for our memory care program, “Morning Glory”.
Dutch Haven offers daily activities that encourage social, physical, spiritual, and intellectual well-being. Residents receive three delicious meals and snacks daily. Personal laundry, daily trash removal, weekly housekeeping, 24 hour staffing, and a fully licensed, trained and dedicated nursing staff are all part of the resident experience. Dutch Haven also provides monthly wellness checks!
Our facilities have a state-of-the-art wireless Stanley call bell system, emergency response, and sprinkler fire suppression system along with central air conditioning and heat,basic cable service, and telephone hook-up. We are located less than 5 minutes to the Shenandoah Memorial Hospital and have easy access to I-81, I-66, and are only 20 miles south of Winchester, VA.
