Coventry Meadows includes several distinct residential areas, each designed for residents with different care needs. The community’s Moving Forward Rehabilitation wing helps people recover their independence and quality of life after strokes, cardiovascular issues, orthopedic surgery and other medical conditions.
Auguste’s Cottage Memory Care offers a safe, secure and structured environment in which people living with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease receive research-based care in a loving environment. There is also a Long Term Care area for those who wish to remain independent for as long as possible, but need extra help, and the respite care area for residents who need assistance for a short period of time.
HEALTHCARE
Coventry Meadows’s highly trained staff provides a variety of healthcare services to residents. There are physical therapists, occupational therapists, memory care facilitators and physicians on staff.

It’s designed to help people recovering from a stroke, heart attack or other debilitating health condition improve their physical and emotional wellbeing. Residents work with a highly trained, skilled team of geriatric nursing specialists in a caring, compassionate environment.
