Here at Chantilly Care Home at RiverStone, we pride ourselves on our small size, our home-like atmosphere, and our ability to cater to the individual needs of each resident.

We can coordinate medical care services and various physical, occupational, and speech therapy options to keep your loved one active and strong. We regularly schedule in-home doctor visits through Doctor’s Making House Calls or offer transportation for appointments. Medication management and monthly nurse wellness visits are also included.

Additionally, we provide laundry services; three home-cooked meals a day; snacks anytime; a library; a shaded, private yard; high-speed internet and telephone; and personal care services such as bathing, dressing, and toileting. Incontinence care is also available.

Our assisted living home hosts daily activities, provides 24-hour supervision, and has an excellent 1:3 caregiver-to-resident ratio. In short, you can be sure that your loved ones will receive unparalleled care with us. You can choose between long term care insurance and private pay for our NC-licensed care facility.
