Adelante Ventana

Ventana has 6 bedrooms and a shared dining and living space, as well as outdoor spaces to enjoy. It is named for its amazing windows. It is a sunlit and very accessible, easy-to-navigate single-story home.

The outdoor spaces are also wheelchair accessible with patio tables, chairs and umbrellas, as well as raised beds for seniors who like to garden.

The bedrooms at Ventana are large enough for two if seniors choose to share with a spouse or friend, but also available for a single rental. A built-in vanity with a sink and large dresser are a part of each room, as well as a TV connection. Adelante can provide a bed frame and mattress, or people can bring their own if they choose. Adelante provides linens like sheets and towels, and handles the laundry of those items, too.

Ventana has a dedicated, locked medication room to ensure that each resident’s medications are carefully separated and managed. We also have a dedicated refrigerator in the med room for insulin or other medications that require refrigeration.

Adelante staff are trained to assist with medications. Adelante staff members are fully trained in caregiving, CPR, First Aid, infection control, resident’s rights, safety, medication assistance, and more.
