Founded in 1988, Wilton Meadows Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is a 148-bed facility located in Wilton, CT, in close proximity to Norwalk and Danbury Hospitals. Through the years, Wilton Meadows Rehabilitation and Health Care Center has continued to grow and evolve to meet community needs, and today offers a full continuum of care, from short-term rehabilitation, to long-term skilled nursing care, to temporary respite stays, as well as a broad array of specialty programs and services.
