Eligibility
To qualify for an apartment, you must be 62 years or older, or meet the eligibility requirements as outlined for this property by HUD with regards to handicapped and or mobility impairment
Please inquire about the current income limitations that apply for subsidized apartments
Eligible applicants are required to pay 30 percent of their adjusted income
Lease term is 12 months
