The mission of Oxnard Family Circle Adult Day Health Care Center is to provide quality health care services to the elderly, the mentally, and physically disabled citizens of Ventura County. We carry out our mission with the highest integrity in order to make a difference in their lives. We believe in providing the right program to fit the needs of the individual, encouraging each person to reach their potential, creating a support system for family members and continuing to develop model programs that meet the unfulfilled needs of the elderly and the disabled citizens of Ventura County.
