Floyd Place

A community for active seniors who need some assistance now and then, Floyd Place is an inviting senior living community located in the city of Sergeant Bluff. Residents of our community enjoy all the amenities found in a private home, plus the advantage of twenty-four hour staff members on-site and a variety of social programs throughout the week. Floyd Place is just one of the many properties managed by Enlivant. Seniors at our community enjoy their stay in either a studio or one-bedroom apartment. Accommodations are offered in both private and shared arrangements, and each apartment equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom with safety grab bars and window treatments. An emergency call system is also included with all accommodations and is monitored around the clock. Delicious meals are prepared fresh and served three times a day in our restaurant-style dining room. Here, residents select the dish of their choice from a variety of menu options that have been designed by a registered dietitian.
