For seniors who may need just a little help with completing daily activities, Eastern Star Assisted Living is the ideal step. While still a significantly independent lifestyle, Courtyard Terrace offers residents the availability for assistance in areas of personal care and daily support services. Depending on your needs, this may include help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication administration. Our private apartments are designed to ensure seniors age with dignity, respect, privacy, and comfort, while maintaining the high level of independence they desire.

The residential Assisted Living apartments at Eastern Star are open to individuals who are still mostly capable of performing all daily tasks, such as: getting around and eating on their own, transferring by themselves or with the assistance of only one person, dressing/undressing independently or by accepting minimal direction, and managing incontinence problems, with some assistance if necessary.

It is important to understand that Eastern Star Courtyard Terrace Assisted Living is not a skilled nursing home or health center. Our residents are still active seniors enjoying retirement life and are not dependent upon staff for their total daily care needs. If an individual's health care needs change, there is the added assurance of admittance into any of the other levels of care offered by the Eastern Star Masonic Home continuing care retirement living community.
