CLC Bedford CLC Bedford is a 144 bed facility providing skilled nursing, long-term, and respite care. We are located in the heart of Bedford just behind the Harris HEB Hospital. We provide 24-hour nursing care in a home-like environment. We encourage family and resident participation in the planning of care and activities and believe that this involvement plays a vital role in ensuring a continued quality of life for each resident.

Rehabilitation Services Whether for a short-term transitional stay, rehabilitative care prior to returning home, or even long-term care, the goal of our rehab team is to return residents to their highest level of function in the shortest time possible. The rehabilitation team at CLC Bedford provides Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapies both on our Skilled Nursing Unit and Long-Term Care Unit. Our wound care program provides care to Skilled Nursing Care residents with acute and chronic wound care issues. Treatment and therapy are directed by a written plan of care structured specifically for the needs of each individual resident.

Admission to CLC Bedford< Admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Admission to CLC Bedford may be recommended by a physician, social worker, case manager, discharge planner, or by the prospective resident or their family. We understand that the transition into any nursing facility can be stressful for both patients and families. Our goal is to guide patients and their families through a simple and informative admission process. Our Admissions Director will assist patients/families in pursing all available funding options and the physicians order required for admission.
