Bridges at Brookline

Welcome to Bridges at Brookline! We believe that older persons desire to live independently in their own home as long as possible. Our services are designed to help maintain persons in their individual cottage, providing support services when needed such as dining service or housekeeping services. We are interested in the whole person, in providing the highest quality of care and services, whether independent living in the Brookline Crossings, assisted living at The Village or nursing and rehabilitation at The Manor.
We believe that a strong benefit in living in a retirement community is the opportunity to receive the highest possible level of care and services. We assure the resident admission to another level when a living unit or bed becomes available. This request shall take preference over admissions of persons who are not Brookline community residents. A request for admission to another level may be initiated by the occupant, by the occupant's relative or representative, or upon the direction of the personal physician. An assessment will be done by health care professionals to determine appropriateness of living level.
