We are able to provide a few hours of care a week, daily visits, bath visits and up to 24 hours of care including live-in care. We also provide care in home wherever you or your loved one may live including assisted living facilities, independent living communities and even rehab centers. Our Registered Nurse visits every personal care client to assess the client’s needs and put together a personal care plan at no charge to you! Additionally, our RN or other staff member visits all clients on a regular basis to ensure everyone is happy with our services and our clients are doing well under our care. Our staff is available 24 hours a day/365 days of year to assist you when you need it the most. All caregivers are employees of Synergy HomeCare of NW Atlanta with National Background Checks, CNA licenses, Fully Insured and Regularly Trained.
