Perched on a small hill overlooking the beautiful Flathead Lake and Swan Mountain range in Bigfork, MT, Lake View Healthcare Community offers a peaceful retreat and place of healing for transitional care following a hospitalization or long-term care for patients who can no longer stay at home.
Since our transitional care unit opened in 2013, we have helped over 300 patients return to independent living. Lake View’s re-hospitalization rate is below the Montana state average and well under the national average. Our community includes a memory unit where residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia receive compassionate care from experienced professionals.
