Welcome to Care Club Of Collier County! At Care Club of Collier County (“Care Club”), we believe that no matter where an individual diagnosed with dementia or their Caregivers are in their journey, each has the right to enjoy life and have significant experiences every day. We embrace this commitment by offering opportunities to find happiness and meaning with referrals to resources that support the interests and needs of those impacted while allowing Caregivers the freedom to live their lives.
While we work to get our Adult Day Service license, Care Club of Collier County, a 501©3 non-profit, is currently serving as a referral resource for individuals afflicted with Alzheimer’s Disease, dementia other memory disorders, and Parkinson's Disease, in order to provide much needed respite for their Caregivers.
Until we return to offering full services, if you're are seeking Adult Day Services, need counseling or referrals, Care Club of Collier County is here daily to offer you a list of referrals to support those impacted with these diagnoses, as well as their Caregivers and families.
