Birmingham Health Center brings the best of health care with the feeling of home to Connecticut�s Naugatuck Valley.� The Center provides distinct short term rehabilitation rooms with cable TV, phone and Wi-Fi services.� Our fulltime staff therapists will provide an intensive post-acute rehabilitation program to guide you from your hospital bed to home in the shortest time possible.� The single story center has two beautiful courtyards filled with gardens and a bright cheerful dining room.� The calendar is filled with a variety of activities seven days a week for socialization and entertainment.
