Welcome to White Plains Center! Our short term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility is conveniently located just outside of downtown White Plains in close proximity to Scarsdale, the Bronx, New York City and Greenwich, CT as well as Rockland and Putnam counties.
Our knowledgable staff is here to care for our residents with the primary goal being to actualize their individual potential – physically, socially and psychologically to ensure the most well-rounded healing process possible. At White Plains Center we recognize that every resident is unique and special and their treatment plan is designed accordingly.
