Winslow House is a 24-hour skilled nursing facility located in a beautiful residential neighborhood in Marion, Iowa. We offer both private and semi-private accommodations. Each resident room is furnished with a bed, a bedside dresser and closet. We encourage all residents who reside here to personalize their rooms with pictures, mementos, and other items to make for a homey atmosphere. In other words, we want our residents to feel at home and their visitors to feel comfortable. The facility also has several intimate sitting areas for family visits and socializing.
Elders and families alike can have peace of mind knowing every room is linked to an emergency call system. Our conscientious, caring staff is always here to lend a helping hand.
Our facility offers access to a wide range of services. These services are available to individuals recovering from an illness or surgery, as well as those who have chosen to make this their home. Some of the specialized services require a physician’s order. We can assist you with making arrangements for payment for these services, either through direct payment, Medicare/Medicaid, or your personal insurance.
For those patients choosing to make Winslow House their home, we offer therapeutic recreation and social activities to provide mental and physical stimulation in a warm, home-like environment, encouraging a life of engagement and independence.
