Welcome to Park Terrace Care Center! Welcome to Park Terrace Care Center (PTCC), a 200 bed facility providing 24 hour comprehensive medical, nursing and rehabilitative care. We are a New York State Certified Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program including coma recovery. We also provide both short and long term rehabilitation as well as dementia care.
Our services extend to both the geriatric adult who may require 24 hour skilled nursing care as well as to the younger adult who is in need of cognitive and rehabilitation programs.
Families and prospective residents are encouraged to visit our facility to review the services provided.
