Hoffmann Hospice

The Hoffmann Hospice Home is available for your comfort, use, and enjoyment during your stay. The 25,000 square foot home sits on property full of private gathering areas inside and out for guests to use. Our staff has been professionally trained to provide compassionate care to the patients and families staying at the hospice home. If you need anything please don’t hesitate to ask a member of the Hoffmann Hospice caregiving staff. In addition specially trained volunteers are available for friendly visits and caregiver support. Patients and guests can request a special visit from a volunteer or from our resident pet-therapy dog, Maggie. Other pets are welcome to visit following approval by the IPU manager. Our Mission at Hoffmann Hospice is “to celebrate the sanctity of life, provide compassionate end-of-life care, and comfort the grieving.” We are honored to help our patients and their loved ones enjoy every moment together in the comforts of home.
