Nestled at the base of the San Gabriel Mountains in the friendly town of Alta Loma, Rancho Mesa Care Center is a 59- bed skilled nursing facility where our residents enjoy the benefits of a smaller environment. We focus on resident comfort, care and service.
Rancho Mesa Care Center is currently the only skilled nursing facility in the Rancho Cucamonga area and as such, plays host to active family participation in the quality of care expected and in the delivery of needed services.
