A separate, protected state of the art memory care and Alzheimer's care program provides 18 private rooms for memory-impaired residents. The Nursing Center at La Posada is a 40 bed skilled nursing facility consisting of all private rooms and provides round the clock skilled nursing care for those residents that need rehabilitation and specialized nursing care on a short or long term basis.

Our community allows our residents to enjoy their privacy and independence. Personalized attention from our skilled staff of nurses and caregivers ensures our complete continuum of care. Directions

From I-95 or Turnpike: Exit onto PGA Boulevard East. Travel over overpass to second traffic light which is Fairchild Gardens Avenue. Turn left and proceed to stop sign which is Gardens Boulevard. Turn right, go to La Posada entrance on left. Entrance is across the street from Bloomingdale's and/or Saks Fifth Avenue at the Gardens Mall. Check in at guard gate for directions to The Inn and Nursing Center at La Posada which is on the northwest corner of the property.
