Through its Care Consultation program, it provides telephone-based emotional support, service referrals and information and assistance. The agency also provides congregate meals, options counseling and transportation services, and it operates several senior centers throughout the region. At the annual Senior Expo, which takes place about 15 miles from Warner Robins at the Georgia National Fairgrounds, seniors participate in recreational and social activities and contests and learn about local services and supports.  
City of Warner Robins | Seniors (478) 293-1066 The City of Warner Robins offers special programming for residents aged 50 and over to meet their social and recreational needs through the Parks and Recreation Department. There are two social clubs for local seniors, neither of which have membership fees. The city also organizes classes to suit a broad range of interests, from ceramics and woodworking to water aerobics and line dancing. To help residents stay up-to-date on current classes and programs, the city publishes a monthly newsletter both in print and online.  
Middle Georgia Community Action Agency | Senior Centers (478) 922-4464 The Middle Georgia Community Action Agency is a local nonprofit organization that administers a range of programs and services for Warner Robins residents. At its Macon field office, which is located about 20 miles from Warner Robins, seniors obtain assistance with identifying and applying for public benefits, including Social Security, Supplemental Security Income and the optional state supplement, Medicaid, Medicare and disability benefits, that may help cover assisted living expenses. The organization also serves as an ombudsman for those in assisted living.  
Warner Robins Veterans Field Service Office (478) 218-3905 At the Warner Robins Veterans Field Service Office, which serves those residing in Houston and Peach counties, trained officers help qualifying veterans apply for service-related benefits that may help cover assisted living expenses. At this location, veterans get help with obtaining the documents they need to apply for benefits such as pensions, disability benefits and the Aid and Attendance benefit. Officers can track applications through the approval process and address and resolve denials.

The Georgia Department of Community Health oversees and regulates assisted living facilities in Warner Robins. To be licensed, assisted living facilities with 25 or more residents must follow rules regarding admission and retention policies, medication management and care planning.
