Redding Senior Center(530) 241-9759Shasta County residents aged 50 and over can access a variety of activities, classes and events at Redding Senior Center. The center is open Monday through Friday with bingo every Thursday evening. Activities include exercise classes, arts and crafts groups, planned outings, and health and wellness workshops. Nutritious hot lunches are also available.
